ADP Pharma Corp and Seville Pharmaceuticals Inc. are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to manage the business with their major trade clients. He/She is expected to maintain long term relationship with them through needs assessment and thorough understanding of their individual trade requirements. By having an appreciation of their needs, the candidate can better promote solution for the benefit of all parties. The role is critical as the companies aim to achieve sustained business growth.
Key Account Manager Responsibilities
- Promote sales through a thorough knowledge of trade customers ordering cycle and pattern
- Negotiate for optimum sales terms, volume, deals and arrangements with trade customers
- Work closely with trade customers in developing sales forecast
- Ensure that new sales are generated through efficient order-taking strategies
- Develop and maintain thorough understanding of key customer’s needs and requirements
- Manage the relationships with key clients to ensure that they remain satisfied with the companies’ products and services by continuously proposing solutions supportive of their objectives
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
- Resolve customer complaint and concerns in a courteous and timely manner
- Prepare regular reports of progress and actual results vs forecasts
Preference
- Minimum 5-year experience as key account manager in the pharmaceutical industry, with background in sales and has customer service orientation
- Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all levels of the organizational
- Has excellent organizational skills and the facility in problem-solving and negotiation
